Chennai born entrepreneur Sindhuja Rajaraman, at the age of 14, had become the youngest CEO in the country. She was born on January 26, 1997. It was 2011 when the 9th standard student of Velammal Matriculation School, Sindhuja Rajaraman took over as the Chief Executive Officer of Seppan Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
When children of her age were concerned about securing good marks in exams, Sindhuja had gone far ahead and enlisted her name in the Guinness World Record for being India’s youngest Chief Executive Officer and 2D animator.
She is born into a family of super achievers. Her father is the 1st digital caricaturist in Tamil Nadu and her younger sister is the youngest Indian to write haiku (a form of Japanese poetry) in India.
Sindhuja Rajaraman has worked on almost every kind of software – Flash, Photoshop, Corel Painter, After Effects and Maya. She has made short films on the issues like global warming and TB. She headed a team of 18-25-year-olds at Seppan, founded in 2010.
Sindhuja started learning animation when she was in the 6th standard. Her first three works in 2D were service-oriented and are available on YouTube. She is proud to be an animator.
Kumaran Mani made her the Chief Executive Officer of Seppan to honor her skills and gave her an enthralling platform to build a career. At Seppan, she worked with ten other employees and gave training in corporate affairs.
Then, she was working on 3 projects there, including a project to create a replica of Thyagaraya Nagar, a shopping hub for Chennaiites.
